SAE AS8003 – MINIMUM PERFORMANCE STANDARD FOR AUTOMATIC PRESSURE ALTITUDE REPORTING CODE GENERATING EQUIPMENT

This Aerospace Standard establishes the minimum safe performance requirements for 100 foot (30.48 meters), incremental automatic pressure altitude code generating equipment. It is intended that the code generator be operated by a pressure altitude device which may also operate the pressure altitude indicator normally used to maintain flight altitude.
