This specification covers the design, fabrication and testing necessary for the manufacture of the Modem, Cable Driver MD-1025/G. This unit is also known as the Remote Loop Group Multiplexer Cable Driver (RLGM/CD) and is one of the electronic units that comprises the Digital Group Multiplexer (DGM) family of cable system equipment developed by the Joint Tactical Command, Control and Communications Agency (JTC3A, formerly TRI-TAC). See 6.1 for intended use and functional description of the unit.
