ISA TR100.20.01-2017 The Concepts and Terminology Technical Report (C&TTR) for Common Network Management (CNM) provides an overview, principles, concepts of CNM, terminology related to, and the expected benefits from, adopting a CNM standard.
The C&TTR explains the basic concepts included in CNM and the relationship of those concepts with other current network management concepts.
