The IZC® provides jurisdictions with a means of promoting uniformity and consistency in zoning laws and their enforcement. This publication is an excellent resource for jurisdictions that do not currently have a zoning code or are operating with one that is outdated. It is formatted in the same manner as and compatible with other International Codes. This code is a tool for city planners, building officials and other government officials, and is a must for developers and architects.
