fittings intended for use with the AL-PP composite pipe.
Piping systems covered by this Standard are intended for use in residential and commercial:
hot- and cold-water supply and distribution systems;
fire protection systems;
radiant panel heating systems and hydronic baseboard heating systems;
compressed air distribution systems; and
gas distribution systems;
and pressure-rated for:
1,600 kPA (232 psi) at 23 °C (73 °F);
860 kPa (125 psi) at 82 °C (180 °F); or
both.
