Includes requirements for the guarding of portable electric tools and attachments which are manufactured and sold for domestic use, including portable drills, saws, sanders, routers and planers. In addition to the guarding requirements it details instructions and literature to be supplied with tools and attachments. Minimum essential safety precautions are stated.
