AS 2123 – Slow-delivery type automatic electric storage water heaters for dairies
Applies to heaters capable of delivering water at 94 degrees celsius and at a flow rate not exceeding 30 L/min. It is based on AS 1056, with additional requirements for the special application in dairies.
