BS 6586-1 – Rigid polyurethane (PUR) foam produced by the press injection method
Primarily for quality assurance uses but a designation system has been introduced whereby the manufacturer declares the thermal conductivity in a cooled form. Not applicable to the insitu insulation of fully constructed containers and insulated vehicle bodies.
